Locked from the start
A PIN every time it opens, with Face ID as the fast path. The app switcher shows a blur, not your photos.
Honest about what it isn't. Poof is not an encrypted vault. The PIN keeps the app closed to anyone holding your phone, but these files are part of your iPhone backup, and deleting Poof deletes them. Keep anything irreplaceable in your photo library.
No account, no network. No sign-up, no cloud, no analytics, no ads, and no network code in the app at all. It works in airplane mode forever, because it never had anything to send.
